Fibreglass or GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) has enormous advantages over any other type of lining material. The on-site moulding process means that steps, terraces and islands can all be lined. The finished surface is both tough and durable, can be scrubbed and will in moderation withstand impact from sharp objects.

The fibreglass pond lining can be finished in any colour and when applied to a sound surface will provide a watertight finish that may last 25 years or more. The picture opposite shows the special texture achieved on the final (gel) coat which contributes to its durability.
